Here are some common support questions we get asked.
STEP 1:
Have you watched the relevant tutorial video in the Blue Dog Club that relates to the task you are having trouble with? We've created a range of tutorials created so you can easily make changes to your new website.
STEP 2:
Before submitting a support ticket, have you searched the member's knowledge base yet? Many questions have already been answered and this might be your fastest solution.
STEP 3:
Still stuck? Then please fill in the details and submit a Support Ticket and one of our support ninjas gladly help you. We will respond within one business day, and sometimes sooner. Some issues do take longer to solve but they will advise you of this.
